Grouport therapy

Grouport offers two services, a module-driven skills-based group that explores the ins and outs of dialectical behavior therapy and online group therapy. The skills-based program is available everywhere whether in the US or internationally, whereas our therapy groups are only available in NY, NJ, & FL.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group:
Grouport's Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Group Series (www.grouporttherapy.com/grouport-series) is open to everyone around the world who are 18 years or older. It's an ongoing module-driven program led by a licensed therapist, which covers the four fundamental principles of dialectical behavior therapy skills (mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness). It begins with an initial 12-week structured curriculum and then goes into more advanced modules thereafter.

Grouport's DBT skills group is $25 per week, billed at $299 at the start of the 12-week billing period. After the 12 weeks, registrants are billed on a monthly membership of $100 thereafter. The membership consists of a 60-minute group session that’s held weekly, and meets with the same members and therapist each week. Members can cancel at any time, they would just finish out the current billing cycle which they are on.

Grouport's Online Group Therapy:
Grouport (www.grouporttherapy.com/) has specialized care online group therapy sessions for various diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. This offering serves residents of New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Due to licensing restrictions, we can only serve residents in these states, and we are in the process of expanding our footprint.

Grouport's online group therapy applicants receive 50% off their first month. The online group therapy service is $35 per week, billed at $140 at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
